We will confirm when your artwork has been safely received and check that it is set at the correct dimensions for the product you have ordered. We will discuss any concerns we may have with you about the quality of reproduction and help put things right.  However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors in content or quality which are a direct result of the file provided.
